[Bug]: Fragments hidden by Scroll bar

Describe the bug

When Snippet has a lot of Fragments, they are not visible as they are hidden by horizontal ScrollBar

To reproduce

1. Create Snippet
2. Add Fragments until Horizontal Scrollbar appears
