/discuss improvements

Enhancements to the agent-to-agent /discuss relay (Claude ↔ Codex).

  • Explicit first-speaker — /discuss @claude <topic> / /discuss @codex <topic> forces who opens; omitting the prefix keeps the random choice. Tab-completion suggests @claude/@codex after /discuss.
  • Uncapped discussions — removed the 10-turn limit and 90s per-turn timeout. A discussion now runs until both agents agree ([done] ×2) or the Captain stops it with /discuss off.
  • Live discussion panel — the discuss strip now shows an animated header (elapsed clock, turn count, per-agent tallies, spinner on whoever's thinking) above the rolling log, replacing the old tail -f. Backed by a new atomic dialog.state.json.
  • Relay UX — Ctrl-C now clears a non-empty line or escalates to /quit when empty (matches the claude/codex CLIs); Ctrl-D exits the relay without tearing down tmux.
  • Agent auto-restart — start.sh respawns an agent if it's accidentally exited with Ctrl-C, instead of leaving a dead pane.
