Windows and Linux both supported now

Fixed issues with Windows USB descriptors.
Code refactor and cleaning still required, but I'm glad it works now.
Working on MSC (USB mass storage) configuration, see 'msc' branch. For now, new configs need new builds, but with VS Code build and deploy over USB is very quick and easy.
