EPMRuleCreator v1.0.1

Download EPMRuleCreator-portable.exe for the standalone app, EPMRuleCreator-win-x64.zip for the portable package, or EPMRuleCreator-win-x64.msi for installation with its scope selection. The ZIP contains EPMRuleCreator.exe and LICENSE; no .NET installation or compilation required. Security checks can still apply when extracting or running the app.
