Closes #72.

Using Markdown tables for layout is a bit of a hack, but it seems to be the simplest way to align the multiple images, and the result doesn't look too bad.

Yeah, the CI failure is due to cartopy not being able to download a dataset. Looks like https://naciscdn.org/ is down.

The CI issue caused by cartopy should be fixed in #74.

Closes #72.
