Add 1D slice widget #11
Description
This should have the option of displaying 1D slices of data along the x, y, or z axes. If it's along x or y a horizontal or vertical line should be drawn in the main napari window to show where the slice is being taken. If it's along the z-axis a single point should be drawn to show where the slice is being taken.
