Log TimelinePanel debugging info when opening the bug report modal.

To debug all of the timeline problems:

• Thread includes messages from main timeline element-hq/element-web#21613
• After jump to unread, timeline is out of order and showing a thread message in the main timeline element-hq/element-web#21922
• Most of the timeline is missing element-hq/element-web#21432
• Threaded message appears in main timeline until a new event came in element-hq/element-web#21533

Confusingly, room.threadsTimelineSets-> serializedEventIdsFromThreadsTimelineSets are only created and used for the ThreadPanel where threads are listed not an individual thread.

Thought it was relevant to log but could also be dropped or moved to ThreadPanel in the future instead.
