We don't filter state usually, so doing so here is a waste of time.

Current state events are always visible to clients, right? Even if history visibility would normally mean that events at that point in time are not visible? (I can't see how you could possibly make 'current state' work otherwise.) |

We don't filter state usually, so doing so here is a waste of time. This is not much of an issue for clients that enable lazy loading of members, since there will be fewer state events.
