Breakout Advanced wall contact update:
- Shows the side-wall contact frame before the ball moves away after a wall collision.
- Makes left/right wall bounces visually line up with the square ball touching the rail.
- Adds project-level AGENTS.md instructions for future coding-agent workflow.
Assets are Windows x64 VLC plugin DLLs. Rename downloaded assets to remove the version suffix before copying them into VLC's plugins\visualization folder.
