Small update: add Desmos palette

Adds the primary colours from the Desmos graphing calculator's palette.

Update for Typst v0.14

This update brings the package out of the dark ages and into compatibility with the latest version of Typst. Until now, this package's latest version targeted Typst v0.10!

Tiniest little patch

Removes a single character in helpers.transparentize that caused an undefined variable error.

v0.1.1 - Small update

A few changes to make this template more generic. Removes the show-rule for list and enum elements that removes spacing underneath tight lists, since this can be done manually when desired by the user. I originally meant to take that out of the first version, too, but I forgot.

Other tweaks:

• Update installation isnstructions in README.md.
• Add documentation comments to assignment parameters.
• Parameter changes:
  • Convert title and author into named arguments.
  • Support none for title and author.
  • Replace table-of-contents argument with more general title-page-other.
• Style changes:
  • Add indent: 2.4em to a set-rule for outline. Was originally part of the echoed outline, but it is now in a global set-rule.
