Fixed
- Flattened tool schemas retain distinct field descriptions with their discriminator
labels, and advertise both availability and conditional requiredness. Structural
deduplication keeps explanations separate from validation constraints; MCP, agent
tools and manifests share the same projection. Runtime Zod validation is unchanged.
