• stitchkit/cli — a runtime catalogue entry whose field conflicts with a framework option or application global no longer prevents unrelated commands from running. Help retains it with its full cause; invocation returns non-retryable CLI_COMMAND_UNAVAILABLE before argument parsing or side effects. Native and contract-defined commands retain startup validation; parsed in-process input stays callable. → ADR 0273
