修正

• 外した設定の条件が、Gateway・RproxyRule の状態に残り続けていたのを直しました（#88）。
  • Gateway の InsecureFrontendValidationMode：AllowInsecureFallback を外しても True のまま残っていました。
  • RproxyRule の BackendsHealthy：ヘルスチェックを外したなどで rproxy が報告しなくなっても、前の値のまま残っていました。

rproxy は v0.4.13 のままです。

• Conditions of settings that were removed no longer stay in the Gateway and RproxyRule status (#88).
  • Gateway InsecureFrontendValidationMode stayed True after AllowInsecureFallback was removed.
  • RproxyRule BackendsHealthy kept its last value after rproxy stopped reporting it (for example, after the health check was removed).

rproxy stays at v0.4.13.
