zDLC v0.1.1

Discreet Log Contracts on Zcash: private contracts settled by signatures, funded from and closed into the shielded pool. Testnet only; not audited.

What changed since v0.1.0

• The demos' code is in demos/: a crate (zdlc-demos) that builds zdlc-room, with one folder per demo holding its server code (mod.rs), its page (page.html) and a README that starts with the functions to read. demos/hedge-desk is now demos/hedge.
• The kit needs Rust 1.89 or newer (documented).
• just room works again on the local dev stack.

No protocol or API changes; the binaries behave as in v0.1.0.
