v0.7.1-alpha — Ad click IDs kept on cached pages

Ad click IDs and UTM tags are now kept on cached pages. The visit a cached page records now carries the page's full address, including the query string, so fbclid, gclid and utm_* reach mbuzz and paid visits are attributed to the ads that brought them.

Install: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose mbuzz-attribution-0.7.1-alpha.zip → Replace current with uploaded.
