This patch continues the offline capabilities work with critical sync and reliability fixes.

✨ New Features

Optimistic Offline Creation: Collections can now be created optimistically while offline, with a proper schema to support local-first writes.

🐛 Bug Fixes

UUID Sync Translation: Optimistic offline UUIDs are now correctly translated to real server UUIDs during sync queue playback, preventing ID mismatches after reconnection.
Offline Timeout Handling: API fetch requests are now immediately rejected on offline timeout, properly triggering IndexedDB fallbacks instead of hanging.
