Cully v0.9.0

cully setup now brings up a ready-to-use local stack on predictable ports, without OAuth, and chooses a free port itself when one is busy.

  • Cully MCP prefers port 3393. The data API (43393), Mem0 (53393), the main Postgres database (55393) and the Mem0 database (56393) also have fixed, uncommon preferred ports, all bound to 127.0.0.1.
  • If a preferred port is taken, setup uses the next free one, saves the choice in the self-hosted .env, and points every agent configuration at the chosen MCP port. Reruns and already-running stacks keep their ports; a stack from before this release stays on 8080.
  • OAuth remains opt-in with --oauth. The published data API and database ports sit on a separate local network that Caddy and MCP Auth cannot reach, and still require their generated tokens and passwords.

Validation: formatting, vet and the full race suite, including port-selection tests and the existing setup integration tests. The real Docker stack was not started for this release's checks.
