* export: Messages in the data export: DataExportBundle::messages, ExportedMessage

The agent's DMs sent and received (Constitution Art. II § 5), each a
flattened MessageSummary plus recipient_name and deleted_at. E2EE rows carry
the key wrapped to this agent, the sender wrap for what it sent. Additive;
version left for the release to assign (operator-m1 holds 0.127/0.128).
