Core-Prompts v1.16.2
Repository-neutral evidence-directed shaping rails, released from
c39effe174ab4ff48f406f5ed531f57569f6852d after GitLab-primary and GitHub-mirror CI.
- Stop another pitch when the only failed criterion is mean below 4, every score
is at least 3, and the opened evidence is unchanged. Next: new fact, named spike,
or hold. Restating appetite remains Cost 3. - Judge proposed extensions as a coherent set. Empty selection is an unscored
hold naming the walk-away item; proof reaches the accepted frame's outcome. - Return unopened load-bearing facts to Research before pitch review. Research
that contradicts the opened source still fails. - Preserve real Mermaid sequence diagrams under the documented renderer limits:
white background, short labels, no alt/else, role-colored bands and a legend
when actor fills stay gray. Independent review opens the rendered pixels.
The conductor, independent twelve-score gate and diagram helper are available on
all five generated skill providers. They are installed together in the reviewed
Grok deployment. Twelve dimensions, minimum 3 each and mean 4 remain unchanged; the
legacy ten-point pitch reviewer and native agent registrations are unchanged.
Start with engos-design-shaping (/engos-design-shaping in Grok). Existing pinned
runs need an explicit G0 policy rebind to adopt the new checks, preserving history.
See the packaged guided-shaping runbook and examples for stage handoffs.
Evidence includes focused regression tests, independent instruction/runtime review,
rendered-sequence pixel inspection and hosted CI. Synthetic fixtures and structural
readiness do not establish a real-user workshop pass or behavioral promotion.
Local release gate: 1,583 tests passed, 13 conditional skips and 138 subtests passed;
the separate native-exporter check passed six tests. Strict validation passed for
32 skills, CLI smoke reported no failures or warnings, and TAR/ZIP verification
confirmed 981 matching files by bytes and modes with the expected package boundary.
