Turn Fold now replaces DSH's native message folding, so expanding a turn no longer leaves tools or context hidden behind a second disclosure.

• Take over both the compactTranscript and newer usePresentation folding APIs while retaining native content renderers and saved preferences.
• Keep configurable turn summaries, activity groups, reasoning, context, and tool details available in ordinary conversations and Fleet member history.
• Include DSH 0.1.7 / 0.2.0-rc.2 settings, timeline, duration, icon, and provider-loading compatibility fixes.
• Pass the locale translator to native token formatting.

Validation: all 15 CI combinations passed across Linux, macOS, and Windows with DSH 0.1.2-alpha.5, 0.1.5-rc.2, 0.1.6-alpha.2, 0.1.7-rc.2, and 0.2.0-rc.2. Native folding takeover was also checked in the locally deployed DSH UI.
