Pre-release
Download sly2-win-test-7-windows-x64.zip, unzip it, and open sly2-windows-x64\launcher\sly2-launcher.exe.
Choose your own disc image of Sly 2: Band of Thieves (North America, SCUS-97316), choose where the game should live, and press Play.
Nothing else to install. No game data is in this download: the game reads your disc.
The launcher keeps itself and the game up to date: each time it opens it looks for a newer release, installs it and restarts. Keep the unzipped folder somewhere you can write to (not Program Files).
