Configuration Update and RAG Examples

Updated the PostgreSQL connection string in config.json improving configuration management.
Modified .gitignore to correctly track markdown files within the rag_sources/ directory.
Added a set of example knowledge base documents to the rag_sources/ directory, providing users with a starting point for customizing their RAG context.
