Primary changes: phylogenetics: add de novo mtDNA, add twisst analysis including singletons, add BEAST and root digger on plumage subset of W genes (929 kb), add gene hunt using ALL vs one (including females < 4), also add gene hunt sensitivity with females > 3 (add ECC8/ECO2), and do some sensitivity with optatus only with nestlings (excluding some of the ECO4).
