[Feature Request]: Electron client

Prerequisites

• I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
• I have checked the documentation to verify this feature doesn't already exist

Problem Statement

Accepting self-signed certificates is pretty annoying.
Self-hosting on some server (even an RPi at home) doesn't help, also it's another a point of failure.

Proposed Solution

Packing this into an electron app should be relatively easy, and it will allow running the server on localhost (no certificate troubles) and connecting via bluetooth and serial too.
Also it adds to self-sufficiency in case of power outages/traveling/etc.

Its on our future roadmap. There are several prerequisites that need to be completed prior to starting work on the desktop client. It will be completed at some point in the future.
