This temporarily reverts GPU support from the
mainbranch. We'll add it back once we can ship GPU-compatible wheels and when users canpip installa torchcodec binary that fully supports GPU. Right now, we don't have the GPU packaging in place.GPU support is still available by building from source from the https://github.com/pytorch/torchcodec/tree/cuda_support branch.
I reverted the following commits, see the list of corresponding PRs below.
