Pressing enter in any text box in the profile edit screen adds a new email field

In the profile edit screen https://metacpan.org/account/profile, when you press the enter key while the focus is on any text field, an additional email address field will appear. It has a remove button that does nothing. I've tested this will all text fields. All of these inputs have the name {{email}}. Clicking the remove button does nothing.

How to reproduce

• go to https://metacpan.org/account/profile
• click the Name field so the cursor is there
• press enter on your keyboard
• a new input field below the Email field will appear
• click the remove button
• nothing happens

There are no errors in the Developer Tools console shown.
