`Vector.ss.selectk` also gets "largest" and "smallest" options.
Use e.g. `rowwise` and `columnwise` instead of `rows` and `columns`

This is actually pretty fast! Import/export is often the slowest part of the computation.
We'll probably want to spell this differently. Maybe after we add select.
