Action menu disappears when all lines are selected in >1 page in HU Editor

What is the current behavior?

When all lines are selected in >1 page in HU Editor, the Action menu disappears.

Which are the steps to reproduce?

1. Open e.g. Material Receipt Candidates (window 540196)
2. Select an orderline, select Receive HUs in Action menu and set a high qty of TUs:
   => with IFCO 6410: qty CU: 10, qty TU: 1, qty LU: 76
3. In HU Editor, select all lines with 2x [alt]+a:
   => all lines are selected, OK
   => Action menu button has disappeared, so you cannot create the receipt, NOK
4. happens also in HU Editor in other windows, e.g. in manufacturing order when selecting HUs for issueing

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Action menu shall not disappear when all lines are selected in >1 page in HU Editor.
