Added

• MCP implementation 0.3.3 exposes pasted image attachments
  through remarc_get_comment, including Quick Notes and text comments. Lists
  show attachment counts; full detail returns original paths and labeled image
  blocks. The primary screenshot and attachments share a five-image, 3.5 MB
  raw-byte budget, with explicit reasons for images that cannot be embedded.

Fixed

• Bound image-file reads before loading bytes and reject empty or non-regular
  files. Repeated paths no longer duplicate inline image content.
• Removed an unsupported notification-process option so strict MCP typechecking
  passes; subprocess pipes and fire-and-forget delivery keep their existing behavior.
• Updated the bundled fast-uri dependency to 3.1.7 to address host-normalization
  security advisories and refreshed its distribution notice.
• Document default-relative and custom-absolute image paths, original-folder
  preservation, and client access limits alongside the coordinated Remarc app
  screenshot-storage change (Remarc #19).
