Versioning exception: this release intentionally includes incompatible Document API changes as a one-time patch exception.

Migration from 1.0.2:

• Replace document.text() with document.text(None). Use .into_owned() when an owned String is required.
• Use document.text(Some(range)) for selections. Invalid ranges return the full snapshot; valid empty ranges return an empty string.
• Remove the encoding argument from Document::position_to_offset and Document::offset_to_position. Each snapshot retains the negotiated encoding; document.position_encoding() exposes it for custom calculations.
