Performance improvements
- Improved loading and memory usage for large collections of notes, tasks, bookmarks, diary entries, and assistant conversations.
- Calendar list view now loads events as you scroll.
- Optimized app startup, dashboard summaries, and widget data loading.
Subtask improvements
- Long-press and drag the handle to reorder subtasks.
- Swipe left to delete a subtask.
- Undo accidental subtask deletions.
Notes and tasks
- Added a floating tab bar for switching between notes and folders.
- Tasks without a due date now appear last when sorting by due date.
Backup improvements
- Reduced memory usage when importing and exporting large JSON backups.
- Improved Markdown export performance for large collections.
- External Markdown notes are excluded from app backups; keep a separate backup of their files.
Important update notice
Existing GitHub installations can receive this update normally, including through Obtainium.
For users moving from F-Droid, first export and keep a backup of your data. Install the GitHub version, then restore your backup.
