v0.1.7 — Windows + Ubuntu

• 新增 Windows 支持：从 PATH/PATHEXT、OpenAI Codex 官方安装目录以及 npm 命令垫片查找 Codex CLI；兼容 Windows 进程启动与凭证文件权限。
• 保留原有 Linux 支持；兼容 @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools 0.1.x 和 0.2.x。
• 新增 Ubuntu/Windows × Node.js 20/24 GitHub Actions 测试矩阵，四项检查均通过；Windows 实机 Codex app-server、账号和额度读取已验证。

模型使用说明（更正）： Codex CLI 和插件的 Codex 委派工具可使用本机已登录账号的模型。在一次本地测试中，插件向 DSH 模型选择器配置写入 openai-codex-responses 时遇到协议校验错误；这只是该次测试的观察结果，不能据此认定所有环境的模型选择器都不可用。本次发布的自动测试未覆盖 DSH 普通聊天中选择 Codex 模型后的端到端调用；如需判断特定 DSH 版本是否支持，请以该环境的实际运行结果为准。

安装包：下载下方 dsh-codex-plus-0.1.7.tgz。已登录 Codex CLI 并安装兼容版 DSH 后，可使用 dsh plugin --profile <你的配置名> add <下载的 tgz 路径> 安装。适用配置名以实际运行的 DSH profile 为准。

插件市场对尚未收录的插件，卡片正文取自仓库 README 的首段（此前是英文，所以改了包描述和仓库描述都不生效）。
现在 README 首段即中文用途说明，英文移到 "## English" 一节。

客户端半改为 DSH 浏览器运行时真正消费的形态，并补齐中文说明。

• client/client.js 现在直接发布为 window.__ModuleLoader__.load({ id, factory }) 的 CJS 工厂形态
  （此前误发成 ESM 源码），因此安装后浏览器能真正装载它；相应地使用 ctx.slots 与自持 <style> 注入。
• README.zh.md 重写为中文用途说明（用途、功能明细、面板路由、工具、要求、安装、配置、安全边界）。

已在第二个 dsh 实例上验证：装载无报错、启动图里出现 dsh-codex-plus 客户端条目、
/codex-plus/status 返回实时额度（plus / 2 张重置券）且 provider 已同步。

Fixes installation as a real bundle (found by installing the packed tarball into a profile).

• The host half no longer uses the dynamic-package harness surface: it injects tools and imports defineTool from @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools (declared as a peer dependency).
• The panel now reaches the host over the plugin's own same-origin routes (/codex-plus/status, /codex-plus/sync, /codex-plus/reset) instead of the dynamic package-private host.call.
• Verified end to end: the row loads in a second instance, the client entry appears in the boot graph, and GET /codex-plus/status returns the live quota with the provider synced.
