Security

  • Bump click 8.3.1 → 8.4.2 to resolve PYSEC-2026-2132 (CVSS 7.2, High), flagged by the scheduled OSV Scanner. No source changes.

Changed / Fixed

  • Centralised the eigendecomposition driver plan (plan_eigen_driver), shared by the runtime path and the pre-flight memory estimator so the two cannot drift.
  • run_lmm_loco now honours the configured n_grid/n_refine instead of silently using hard-coded defaults; DEFAULT_* LMM knobs are defined once in jamma.lmm.schema.
  • Corrected an inaccurate GEMMA-parity comment, tidied the EigenDriverPlan type, and documented the JLINALG_NO_VENDOR_LAPACK contract and the n_refine min-20 clamp.
