Fixed

  • Preflight false-OOM on multi-covariate runs (#74). The streaming memory preflight sized its compute chunk without n_cvt, then estimated Uab/Iab at the real n_cvt. Because Uab scales with n_index = (n_cvt+3)(n_cvt+2)/2, the estimated peak was inflated up to ~60× and rejected runs the runtime handles comfortably — a 25-covariate conditional analysis on 3,048 samples was estimated at ~467 GB and raised MemoryError though it actually completes in ~13 GB. Both preflight gates now thread n_cvt into chunk sizing so the estimate matches the runtime.
