thermos now reads its model from a thermos reviewers line in the pstack-models.md sheet, and passes it to both thermo-nuclear reviewers. Before, it set no model, so both reviewers ran on the runtime's default subagent model. On Claude Code that is CLAUDE_CODE_SUBAGENT_MODEL when set and the parent's model otherwise, and no sheet line could change it. The role defaults to the default tier (opus), so /setup-pstack lists it and the skill gains a stamped Models section. On GitHub Copilot, which has no default models, a sheet written before this release has no thermos reviewers line. The session hook then reports sheet invalid and drops the sheet's role lines, and the next skill that needs a role model runs setup-pstack first.
