The upstream pin moves from ab1f702 to c742dd6, upstream v0.15.36, 1 pstack commit. The Orchestrate playbook now runs a program with the coordinator's own tools: the Agent tool for workers, a store under ~/.claude/orchestrate/<slug>/ with notes.md as its tracker, and PR and CI event subscriptions where the runtime has them. It calls no scripts and runs no polling loops. Two sections, Topology and Supervision, replace all nine earlier sections, Roles and placement through Escalation. The preferences.md register of standing orders went with them, and so did the port's rule to keep a human ruling in its original wording. The playbook no longer names units.tsv, frontier.json, or the inbox, so a store an earlier release wrote keeps those files but the playbook does not read them.

Upstream deleted the orch scripts, and the port follows. orch/orch.ts, orch/store.ts, and orch/orch.test.ts are gone, with the silent-failure fixes the port carried in the last two. The scripts' test script, the orch case in watch-pr/fresh-install.test.ts, and the orch lines in .prettierignore went with them, and so did tla/OrchStoreLock, the TLA+ model of the store's lock. The Codex, Copilot, Muse, and Pi mapping notes and the requirements table in docs/reference.md no longer list the orch CLI.

New substitution rules rewrite the playbook's Project tracker and Project store sentence, its cloud VM sentence, and "a control-skill check". A fourth rewrites its line on forking a worker: a Claude Code fork copies the coordinator, so new work that needs a worker's checkout goes to a fresh worker in that worker's worktree. The denylist now rejects "Project tracker" and "Project store". Four rules whose upstream text is gone were removed.
