Enable a permissions system (numerical) and limit pages to be view by certain individuals.

I am really loving LibreKB, thank you for the work you are doing! For some organisations a knowledge base could be limited to be viewed by a certain group of people (e.g. managers). It would be fantastic if we could see a simple numerical permissions-based system (e.g. 1 = everyone, 2 = Name 2, 3 = Name 3 etc) and be able to limit pages to have a minimum numerical value to be viewed.

Additionally, to make the option that the knowledgebase is closed and only those with a login can view it.
