Add personal API key support (--api-key / MICOMPRESS_API_KEY)

Sends the key from micompress.com/account as X-API-Key on the compress
request. --token keeps working unchanged. Clearer messages for
INVALID_API_KEY, API_QUOTA_REACHED and USAGE_LIMIT_REACHED.
