Pre-release support for .NET 11 RC3. Stable 7.2.3 remains available.

Security: native net10 now requires Microsoft.OpenApi >= 2.7.5, addressing GHSA-v5pm-xwqc-g5wc.
Added net11.0 assets to MicroElements.OpenApi.FluentValidation and MicroElements.AspNetCore.OpenApi.FluentValidation.
Native ASP.NET Core OpenAPI: OpenAPI 3.2 and explicit 3.1, runtime and build-time generation.
Swashbuckle and NSwag retain their existing targets and dependencies; their existing assets have been tested on .NET 11. Swashbuckle 11 preview is not included.
On .NET 11, float/double bounds may expose additional decimal digits from runtime conversions. No additional rounding is applied. .NET 8–10 behavior is unchanged.

The native net11 asset depends on Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi >= 11.0.0-rc.3.26522.148 and < 12.0.0. This beta is intended for preview evaluation.

Packages are published to the MicroElements MyGet feed and attached below with SHA-256 checksums. Promotion to nuget.org is performed manually.

Validation: 781 tests across .NET 8/9/10/11; Linux and Windows CI.
