Steadier tool responses and clearer Canvas controls

Changes

• Avoid resaving unchanged resident conversation histories during native metadata refreshes. Changed metadata, parent links and availability still update; complete messages and execution state remain preserved.
• Collect already-buffered runtime receipts with one bounded scheduler yield instead of yielding for each line. Receipt order, size limits, permission and cancellation barriers remain enforced; this does not claim that every live delay is resolved.
• Persist exact workspace-identity remaps, including affected chats, selected workspace, pins, settings and Canvas references, without requiring unrelated histories to be saved.
• Close a Canvas document with its visible, named tab button, or use Close Canvas to return to chat without discarding open documents or viewer edits. Narrow panes keep full-size touch targets; guarded document closing still protects unsaved state.
• Clear a chat’s quote notice when its last quote is removed, while preserving relevant feedback with remaining quotes or commentary-only edits. Correct block-copy checks to verify complete literal Canvas-reference Markdown through editing, reload, Undo, sending and fresh clipboard results.
