`Git Gui.app` was removed in df41037 (git-gui: retire Git Gui.app, 2025-07-31); So let's skip it from `microsoft/git`'s macOS installer as well. Signed-off-by: Johannes Schindelin <johannes.schindelin@gmx.de>
