Save for the QR code reader, we can reuse a lot of iOS code for initializing React Native and loading the manifest.

Acceptance Criteria:

Reuse iOS code for initializing React Native
Reuse iOS code for loading the manifest
Add macOS target to CI
Add quick start instructions to README
