skipLibCheck is not recognisable on version 5.0.4

TypeScript 5.0 is over two years old. Do you see the same behavior on recent versions?

I can't reproduce the issue. skipLibCheck works fine and is recognized.

We're not looking at non-critical (and I mean CRITICAL, like RCE) reports for releases that old. Please check on a newer version and provide a more complete repro
