Integrated Docker Compose Debugging for Node.js

Add tasks and launch configuration to user doesn't have to manually do compose-up prior to debugging

Is this still a planned feature? I'm finding that the current docker compose debugging pattern does not allow VSCode to debug early-executed files, as they will have already executed by the time you can attach the debugger.

Even adding lines to pause execution until a debugger is connected would be helpful.
