Jupyter Notebook scroll beyond Last Line

The default editor can scroll beyond last line:

But notebook editor cannot:

"editor.scrollBeyondLastLine": true has no effect in Notebook Editor.

I am struggling with this issue now. It is really annoying that the editor doesn't let to scroll beyond the last line. Please make it work.

No, not at the moment.

I voted it up. This seems like an UX oversight considering how awesome the standard editor is and how great VSCode is in general. Online Azure notebooks suffer from the same deficiency. I look forward to the day it's implemented. (For comparison, Mathematica notebooks have had this feature for years.)

Validated. Looks to do the same as normal editors that it gives about a full page of space to scroll into. Looked good after window resizes as well.

I was wondering if I could get an update on this feature? I upgraded to the latest build as per the below copied information but my Jupyter Notebook is not scrolling beyond the last cell as per the screen capture. "editor.Scroll beyond last line" is checked. Is anything amiss?
