`def` keyword is not syntax highlighted

Bug: Notebook Editor, Interactive Window, Editor cells

Steps to cause the bug to occur

1. Open a new jupyter notebook in vscode
2. Type def a(): pass in a cell

Actual behavior

def keyword is not highlighted

Expected behavior

Should be blue

Your Jupyter and/or Python environment

• Jupyter server running: Local
• Extension version: 2020.1.58038
• VS Code version: 1.41.1
• Setting python.jediEnabled: false
• Python version: Python 3.6.9 64-bit
• OS: Windows, but opened vscode in wsl
• Virtual environment: none

What theme are you using? It seems to work for me with dark default:

It might be your theme is using a different token to describe the def keyword and our tokenization doesn't generate that token (our editor is actually different than what VS code uses)

Even with "Dark+ (default dark)".
Strange things happen:

This is only when I open vscode in wsl. In windows, the colors are correct, like yours.
This issue is not important at all, of course.

However, when in wsl, there are some other small issues with this editor, and I saw that they don't exist in windows.

Oh this is because in the WSL case we don't actually use the real themes. We have a hack in place to load themes from VS code's extension directory (we're waiting on them to provide theme support for extensions).

This hack doesn't work in the WSL case and we fallback to attempting to mimic the Default dark theme.

And that's probably why it doesn't work. Our secondary hack is missing some tokens.
