notebook.cell.execute does not support execution of a range of cells, only executes the first cell in range #123024

- OS Version: Mac
Steps to Reproduce:
- Run command
notebook.cell.executedoes not seem to work when pasing a range. - It always seems to run one cell
('notebook.cell.execute', { start: 9, end: cell.index }, cell.notebook.uri)
Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
