Untrusted Files prompt when trust is disabled #124619
Description
Issue Type: Bug
- Don't trust any workspaces
- Disable workspace trust feature via the setting
- Open a repository
- Use ctrl+click to drag a file in the explorer from one folder to another (this copies the file and opens it in an editor)
🐛 => you are prompted about opening an untrusted file
