CertStorePath Parameter Usage (Add-SignerRule)

It would be helpful to know the correct usage of "CertStorePath".

The intuitive choice would be to use:
Add-SignerRule -FilePath "xml\policy\path" -CertStorePath "cert:\CurrentUser\My\[CertificateThumbprintHere]"

However, when I tried this--with or without the thumbprint supplied--an error is thrown. (In both PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7).

I would at least like to know if my intuition is correct, before I submit an issue report on github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell.

I probably misunderstood that this parameter is not available for Windows 10. Still would be helpful to know the usage though.
