v0.10.2 — Every midvash.com version, new tooltip, WordPress.org-ready

Bible by Midvash 0.10.2: the WordPress Bible plugin that turns verse references into links with a verse tooltip, now ready for the WordPress.org directory.

Added

• Every version of midvash.com in Settings, including versions with reserved rights (marked ©), served to the plugin by the Midvash API. One chapter per reference.
• New tooltip, isolated from the theme (no theme colours, fonts or underlines leak in), in the midvash.com look, with dark mode and phone layout. "Read more" uses the plugin's Link Color.
• Chinese references without spaces and Korean references followed by a particle are detected.

Fixed

• Images that mention "Bíblia" or a reference in src, srcset or alt no longer break: only the post text is linked. "Bíblia" is linked once per post.
• Fewer false links: only the language chosen in Settings is matched; "Os 13", "at 10:30", "is 5" and "Mar 5" stay plain text.
• Bundled translations load (missing Domain Path).
• English links keep the verse (no /en/ prefix).
• Tooltips work behind page caches (no expiring nonce), and new releases reach visitors behind a CDN (version in the asset file name).
• Pages no longer wait on the API when it is down.
• The tooltip e.target.closest is not a function error.

Changed

• The Midvash logo, the version badge link and the "Midvash" credit under the Verse of the Day are off by default (Settings → "Midvash logo in tooltip").
• JS and CSS only load on posts with a reference, minified in the ZIP.
• Four settings that did nothing were removed.
